The Client

A private hospital operator and healthcare provider.

The Challenge

The client’s employees were spending a significant amount of time searching their database for information

on internal policies and procedures. This was seeing delays in new employee onboarding and producing poor employee experience feedback. The client wanted a solution that would make it quicker and more efficient for staff to find relevant information and data.

The Solution

Innovior developed a generative artificial intelligence (AI) system using Azure Open AI and Azure Cognitive Search.

This framework allowed enterprise data (like work policies) to be uploaded into a secure environment which meant that any answers generated were sourced from company-specific data only.

A chat interface was developed for employees to ask questions without needing to know where the information was stored. The AI understood the context and provided simple answers. If needed, it gave more details with a link to the relevant document.

The Results
