Nicholas has previously led Industry 4.0 IoT automation projects in heavy industry, specialising in automotive manufacturing and logistics. He leverages expertise in Lean Six Sigma, project delivery and operational excellence to orchestrate high‑impact transformation and execution. He holds an MBA, alongside honours degrees in Managing Analytics and Mechanical Engineering.
Tushar Gadhok
Tushar is a strategic, delivery-focused leader with over a decade of experience spearheading complex, automation-led transformations. At Innovior, he partners with stakeholders to unlock efficiency through AI, low-code solutions and robotic process automation.
Tushar holds a Master of Information Systems, and has previously led large-scale platform rationalisation efforts and established Centres of Excellence for global organisations. Bringing an end-to-end perspective to every engagement, he is known for a pragmatic, empathetic style that turns stakeholder vision into lasting change.
